Oh boy, it has been a couple of weeks since I updated my exercise blog! *hangs head in shame* I apologize. I have no idea to whom I am apologizing as I don't think anyone actually reads this besides me. So, self, I'm sorry.

I am going to report as far back as I can, but won't be able to go aaaallll the way back to my last entry because my HRM doesn't keep stats that long. It has been a great couple of weeks, as far as workouts go. I haven't been following any rotation - I just pick what I feel like doing. I like a variety, so I'm doing a little bit of everything.
