Catching up
Okay, I've got a few to report. I got a new Cathe DVD yesterday, called Cross Train X-Press. It's actually 6 different workouts on 2 DVDs. 5 of them have a cardio workout followed by strength-training for one upper body part. The 6th workout is all lower body work. And THAT is the one I did today. It was tough. Very tough. The squats were endless. The leg press was endless. And it was all followed by a bazillion abdominal crunches. Oy! But I got through it, and I'm sure I'll be in some pain tomorrow! :-) I do so enjoy the DOMS... it gives me such satisfaction.
