Bootcamp and Step Blast
Well, I didn't do any workouts over the weekend - I thought I was going to get a good workout digging post holes for the deck we're building. But, alas, it was not to be. The auger we rented did not work, so we have to hire someone else to dig the holes for us using more powerful equipment.
Monday I attempted to make up for the lack of weekend exercise by doing Bootcamp, and boy was it ever tough! It's fun though. I'm feeling a little sore from it today.
And this morning I did Step Blast, which was so much fun, as it always is. I will be receiving a few more Cathe step workouts pretty soon and I can't wait! I've heard amazing things about Rhythmic Step, so I am looking forward to trying that one out. I may trip over my own feet at first, but it will be fun, right?

Well, there's another confirmation that my Max HR is a little higher than calculated. I reached 102% of my calculated max. Now there's an accomplishment! Time to adjust my HRM...
