Fun workout! Had some technical difficulties at the beginning - DVD player kept skipping ahead. So my heart rate data is a little off due to stopping and restarting several times. But once I got going, this was a great cardio workout, with some nice Yoga and Pilates stretches at the end. I'll be doing this one again.
Food Stats
Breakfast: Honey-nut Cheerios w/ skim milk
Morning Snack: Plain fat-free yogurt w/granola, black tea
Lunch: Tomato soup, corn muffin, and slice of peach pie, Diet Pepsi
Afternoon Snack: Baked Ruffles (sour cream and cheddar)
Dinner: Mediterranean frittata, sausage and whole wheat toast
Evening Snack / Dessert: Pumpkin bread
*I ate way too much pumpkin bread. My husband said "we should finish this off tonight", and I agreed, not realizing that there was still quite a bit left. When he brought me a chunk of pumpkin bread the size of a brick, I was a bit taken aback. Coulda cut it in half and not eaten the whole thing... but alas, I did not possess the willpower. Oh well, at least now there's no more pumpkin bread left to tempt me.
